Meeting Ground is the entry point for all who may be experiencing homelessness in Cecil County.  The Maryland Balance of State Continuum of Care has established and operates a Coordinated Entry System.  Through a recent award from Community Development Block Grant, Meeting Ground will the Coordinated Entry point for all of Cecil County.

Anyone that is experiencing homelessness should contact the Coordinated Entry Specialist at 410-996-3096 or CES@meetingground.org for intake.
