The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) selected Dayquan Stewart, Meeting Ground’s Community Relations Coordinator, to be honored at its 55th Annual Freedom Fund Gala.
This year, the Freedom Fund recognized young adults who exemplify its 2017 theme, “Taking The Dream to Reality – The Next Generation in Action!” Please join us in congratulating Dayquan for this prestigious honor; he certainly deserves it!
The Gala was held on November 4th, 2017. Gladys Lacey, Program Director at the Wayfarers’ House, attended the event to show Meeting Ground’s pride and support.
