The Path from Shelter to Home.
Rooted in Christian Values
Meeting Ground grew from the concept of "shelter" to the reality of "home" for people experiencing homelessness.
Our mission is to help meet basic human needs and to address the root problems that perpetuate the cycle of homelessness and poverty.

The Taste of Meeting Ground First Annual Food and Wine Tasting was held on Friday, March 28th at the beautiful Elk Forge Bed & Breakfast Inn. Thanks to the support of local businesses and generous guests during the live and silent auctions, we raised almost $12,000 for Meeting Ground's programs. Thank you to Stateline Liquors, Elk Forge B&B, Daddy O's, Hurricane Grill and Wings, Port House Grill, Schaefer's Canal House, Your Personal Chef and Elkton Florist for their very generous donations to make this memorable event happen. From the feedback from our guests, it sounds like this will be an annual fundraising event!
